About
After 15 years working across HR and in schools, I understand just how busy and demanding school life can be.
When I went through key HR processes myself—like maternity leave, Shared Parental Leave, and flexible working requests—I found them far more complicated, time-consuming, and stressful than they needed to be. Despite my HR background, I still found myself second-guessing forms, timelines, and decisions.
That experience stayed with me.
As I began supporting colleagues and friends through the same processes, I saw just how common this confusion was—and how much difference the right support could make. That’s what led me to create this service.
I am CIPD qualified in HR, and I now support school staff in understanding and completing important HR processes, including maternity leave, Shared Parental Leave (SPL), and flexible working requests. My aim is simple: to take the stress out of it and help you feel confident everything is handled correctly.
I understand both sides—the realities of working in a school and the technical side of HR—so I can guide you in a way that is clear, practical, and supportive.
